Having good systems allows you to spend time on your high-return activities. They allow you to outsource and have confidence that your behind-the-scenes stuff is taken care of.

What is a system? It’s basically how you do different things in your life or business.

What I do for my clients is to help them get what’s in their head and into a place where they can see everything and outsource if necessary. My team at Hot Mess will provide admin support or help you outsource.

You became a business owner to share your passion and skills. You can’t do that if you’re drowning in the weeds and things are falling through the cracks.

10-hour package Includes:

  • 10 hours of work each month
  • Priority service for retainer clients

Cost – $400/mn

20-hour package Includes:

  • 20 hours of work each month
  • Priority service for retainer clients

Cost – $800/mn

40-hour package Includes:

  • 40 hours of work each month
  • Priority service for retainer clients
  • Discounted rate

Cost – $1500/mn

This is for you if you have been in business for a while and things are flowing. You have great clients, but you’ve been a solopreneur for so long and everything lives in your head. Or you have 1-2 folks on your team but no one is on the same page and they spend so much time asking you questions.

This package gives you access to me to brainstorm, to get everything out of your head and into a place everyone on your team can see and understand.

My team and I will help you build this out in Asana and your other platforms.

  • 2 hour onboarding call
  • 8 calls a month
  • Your systems completely setup
  • Almost no questions about what you and your team needs to do.
  • More time freedom to do what you’re BEST at and live your life

Cost – $2000/month with a minimum commitment of three months.

I ask my clients for a three month commitment because it will take time to get this setup. Especially if you’ve been doing things without recorded systems for a long time. Three months is a good cycle in your business to make sure we’ve covered everything.
