Having good systems allows you to spend time on your high return activities. They allow you to outsource and have confidence that your behind the scenes stuff is taken care of.

Systems will also help you to outsource well and not hire the wrong person.

What is a system? It’s basically how you do different things in your life or business. Here’s an example of a system I use for business networking. It is setup as a recurring Asana reminder. In the description, I have links to different types of posts I’ve written that I’ll tweak, if need be. i.e. I’m not typing out a new intro post for every new Facebook group I join or my lead magnet description.

• Follow up with any leads – with a list of all my leads and when I last spoke with them
• See if there’s any updates to my message and I have a list of all the places that message is and what I say
• Network in Facebook groups
• go through list of all of the groups

What I do for my clients is to help them get what’s in their head and into a place where they can see everything and outsource if necessary.
